Adv. Dikla Mosseri Tal has served as the Chairwoman of the appeal committee for planning and zoning in the Haifa district for 7 years, and recently finished her term. During her tenure, Adv. Mosseri Tal had heard numerous case files and ruled on multiple issues across the spectrum of planning and zoning law.
